Who handles your information
GX Studio handles information submitted through gxstudio.gr. For privacy enquiries, contact hello@gxstudio.gr or +30 694 270 6308. The studio is based in Eretria, Greece.
What we collect
We collect your name, business, email and any optional details you provide: phone, existing website, goals, features, content readiness, timeline and message. The assistant summarises your choices without assessing a budget. Do not submit health information, passwords or financial account details.
Purpose and basis
We use the information to review your enquiry, prepare a proposal and respond. For potential engagements, processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps you request. General enquiries and security rely on legitimate interests in communication and protecting the website. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery, access and retention
Enquiries are sent to the GX Studio mailbox through the hosting and email infrastructure. The site does not create public enquiry files or a local lead database. Messages are retained for handling the conversation and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. If an engagement follows, information required for contractual or legal obligations is retained accordingly. Access is limited to GX Studio and necessary hosting/email providers within their service roles.
Cookies and optional measurement
Secure form submission uses a temporary session cookie. Cookie preferences are saved on your device. Google Ads (AW-18466644820) loads only with consent for advertising measurement. Google may process ad-click identifiers, cookies, IP addresses and technical device/page information, potentially outside the EEA. Cookies named _gcl_* may last up to 90 days. We do not enable personalised advertising or send form details to the tag. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel remain disabled. Consent preferences are retained for 180 days and can be changed through cookie settings. See Google’s privacy policy. Measuring successful enquiries as conversions requires separate configuration. Refusing does not prevent contact. With permission, utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign may be kept for the session to associate an enquiry with a campaign.
Rights and choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn through cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
